Ajesh Kumar Shankar, Chief of AKS Law Associates, is a distinguished advocate with extensive experience in India’s highest courts and arbitration tribunals. He has been recognized by Chambers & Partners (Band 3, Real Estate, Asia-Pacific 2020). Known for his strategic approach and insightful arguments, Ajesh is an expert Supreme Court lawyer and provides legal counsel in litigation, commercial arbitration, and corporate advisory in the High Court and Supreme Court. Ajesh is also committed to public service and social justice; he represents indigent individuals and mentors young advocates. Beyond law, his interests include equestrian sports, chess, running, golf, swimming, and reading.
